Shipping

Helm ships research-grade compounds to customers across the United States. This page covers processing times, carriers, costs, and what to do if something goes wrong.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business daysof payment confirmation. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
Carriers and delivery times
We ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground, selected based on destination and order weight. Typical delivery takes 2–5 business days within the continental United States once shipped. Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses may take longer.
Tracking
Every shipment includes tracking. Your tracking number arrives by email when the order ships and is also available by contacting support@helmresearch.com with your order number.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier. Promotional free-shipping thresholds, when available, are displayed on the cart page before checkout.
Where we ship
Helm currently ships to the United States only — all 50 states, plus APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Discreet packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded outer packaging. No product names, Helm logos, or Certificate of Analysis markings appear on the shipping label, box, or any exterior surface.
Signature on delivery
Orders above $150may require signature on delivery. You'll be notified at checkout if signature is required for your order.
Order changes and cancellations
Orders can be modified or cancelled only before shipment. Once a tracking number has been issued, the shipment cannot be recalled and standard return terms apply.
Lost, damaged, or wrong shipments
If your package arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or is marked delivered but not received:
- Damaged on arrival: Photograph the outer packaging and contents before disposal. Email support@helmresearch.com within 3 business days of delivery.
- Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for 7 or more business days, contact support. We'll open a carrier claim and either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
- Marked delivered but not received:Report to the carrier first, then contact support. We'll coordinate with the carrier to resolve.
