Returns

Because Helm products are research compounds and cannot be resold after leaving our facility, our return policy differs from consumer retail. This page covers what we can and cannot refund, and the process for requesting one.

All sales final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns of opened or unopened product, regardless of reason.

Exceptions

We will issue a full replacement or refund in the following situations:

1. Package arrives damaged. If your order arrives with broken, leaking, or otherwise compromised product, photograph the damage before disposal and email support@helmresearch.com within 3 business days of delivery.
2. Wrong item shipped.If you receive a product you didn't order, email support within 3 business days. We'll arrange return of the incorrect item and ship the correct one at no cost.
3. Lost in transit. If tracking confirms your package is lost — no delivery confirmation after 10+ business dayswith no carrier updates — we'll issue a replacement or refund after the carrier claim is filed.

Process

1. Email support@helmresearch.com with your order number and a clear description of the issue
2. Include photos where applicable (damage, incorrect item, packaging condition)
3. We respond within 2 business days with next steps
4. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

What we cannot refund

• Opened or partially-used product — for any reason
• Orders citing dissatisfaction with research outcomes (Helm products are not FDA-approved; results vary by research context)
• Orders where the provided shipping address was incorrect
• Orders where product storage guidance was not followed

Chargebacks

Before filing a chargeback with your card issuer, please contact us directly. Most issues can be resolved through support faster than through a dispute. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us will be disputed with full order documentation including tracking, COA records, and order correspondence.

Research-use context

All Helm products are sold for research purposes only and are not intended for human consumption. Because research compounds cannot be resold once custody transfers, our return terms are necessarily more restrictive than consumer retail. By purchasing, you acknowledge this constraint.
